Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (with flexibility when needed)

As they continue to expand, they’re looking for a proactive Production Supervisor to lead and inspire their production team, driving performance, maintaining high standards and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating production teams to meet output, quality and safety targets.
- Overseeing daily production schedules and coordinating resources effectively.
- Promoting a positive and safe working culture where people can perform at their best.
- Coaching and developing team members to enhance skills and progression.
