We are looking for a Technical Coordinator for our client based in Rochester

This is a Hybrid role, Monday to Friday, paying 30k-35k

There is a performance-based bonus, flexible hours, pension plan and 26days holiday (+ bank holiday offered)

The company portfolio includes both hardware and software products and specialize in tackling complex network solutions, Dynamic Systems Monitoring, Power Quality and Generator performance monitoring

We are seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator with technical writing abilities. This role is designed for an individual who thrives in managing multiple tasks while ensuring seamless communication between teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of engineering concepts and excellent writing skills to create clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation

Duties

  • Administration of Product and Design solutions documentation
  • Support to Engineering and Delivery teams, on product and solutions documentation,
  • Own, prepare and coordinate cost models, including updates and suitability for purpose
  • Facilitate meetings, communicate with various stakeholders, and ensure alignment on products and solutions,
  • Create, review, and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user manuals, standard operating procedures, system designs, solution specifications and test specifications
  • Translate engineering concepts into easily understandable content for a wide range of audiences, including technical and non-technical personnel
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to company standards, industry best practices and regulatory requirements while ensuring clarity, accuracy and consistency

Ideal Candidate will have

  • Problem-solving with great attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in use of MS tools - Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Effective communication skills; Pro-active team player.
  • Able to plan, organise and prioritise work to meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience as an Administrator and/or Coordinator.
  • Engineering or technical background
  • Basic understanding of electrical metering systems
