Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver creative and engaging lessons in English Language and Literature at KS3 and KS4

Plan, prepare, and assess student progress in line with curriculum requirements

Build a positive, inclusive classroom where every student feels valued

Inspire curiosity, debate, and creativity in your teaching

Manage behaviour confidently to maintain a purposeful learning environment

Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to wider school life

What we’re looking for:

QTS with an English specialism (ECTs welcome to apply)

Experience teaching English up to Key Stage 4

Strong classroom management and communication skills

A positive, adaptable and inspiring approach to teaching
