Telemarketer / Lead Generator (Part-Time or Freelance)
Location: Office is Essex based
Hours: Flexible | Remote Work Possible

We are an established electrical company providing high-quality residential and commercial services across Essex, London, and Kent. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a results-driven and professional Telemarketer / Lead Generator to support our business development efforts.

About the Role:
This is a part-time or freelance position ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset who is confident making outbound calls and booking qualified appointments. You will play a key role in helping us build our sales pipeline and reach new customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential residential and commercial clients

  • Promote our electrical services in a clear and professional manner

  • Identify decision-makers and set up appointments for our estimators

  • Maintain and manage lead records using provided tools or CRM

  • Follow up on previous contacts to nurture leads

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling or B2B sales

  • Proven success in booking appointments and generating leads

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently

  • Familiarity with electrical services or the construction industry is a plus
