Our client, a family law firm based in East London is looking for a dynamic and talented Finance & Accounts Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers, navigating through property transaction payments, daily banking queries and reconciliations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with outstanding communication and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Process invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and financial data
  • Be responsible for checking conveyancing completion statements and setting up completion payments
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and other accounting tasks
  • Support the preparation of financial reports
  • Have experience across all IT packages, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Have strong experience using a CMS
  • Be comfortable using Xero
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience in legal aid billing is preferred
  • Experience in a Practice Manager role would also be desirable
