The Role of the Regional Sales Engineer 

  • Manage ventilation sales to contractors and consultants, liaising with engineers within the HVAC space 

  • Engage with consultants and contractors in public, commercial, and industrial sectors 

  • Utilise knowledge of target clients and maintain industry contacts to drive sales and business development 

  • Provide expert advice and solutions to clients, enhancing their HVAC systems 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the industry

The Ideal Person for the Regional Sales Engineer 

  • Experienced in selling air handling units to consultants and contractors, focusing on projects within commercial sectors such as healthcare, education, pharmaceuticals, and leisure. 

  • Possesses established relationships with engineers and professionals within the HVAC industry, ensuring strong technical and commercial engagement. 

  • Holds a solid mechanical background with proven experience working closely with HVAC engineers to deliver effective system solutions. 

  • Highly driven and motivated individual with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. 

  • Open to candidates from mechanical or ventilation consultancy backgrounds, mechanical engineers, or internal professionals with air handling expertise and commercial experience, ideally located within or up to 30 minutes from the designated area.
