Role Overview:
You will provide essential support to a member of the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent service delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries
- Handling email correspondence efficiently
- Preparing quotations and submitting finance proposals
- Calculating pricing using structured discounts
- Coordinating with finance providers and vehicle suppliers
- Processing customer orders and documentation
- Organising vehicle deliveries and liaising with clients
- Monitoring and updating contract details, including mileage adjustments
- Offering general support to customers throughout their journey
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Confident using CRM systems and general PC applications
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines
