Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Romford (RM1)
Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our clients 3-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home in Romford. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a leadership role within a supportive and growing organisation.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a Children’s Residential setting (essential)

  • Level 3 Children & Young People qualification (or equivalent)

  • Working towards, or willing to undertake, Level 5 Leadership & Management in Children’s Residential Services

  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures

  • A genuine commitment to improving the lives of young people
