Are you a natural leader with a strong background in site operations? We're looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality results on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor project timelines and report on progress
- Manage tools, equipment, and materials
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors
- Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays on-site
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (2+ years preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/plans
- Needs Street Work Certificate (SWQR)
- Needs CSCS Card
