We are on the lookout for enthusiastic machine Operators who are driven by quality and performance.

Our client is dedicated to producing high-performance carbide blades for demanding industries such as aviation and power generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain a range of machinery to ensure the production of high-quality carbide blades.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and leaders to meet and exceed organisational goals.
  • analyse operational problems, identify cause-effect relationships, and implement effective solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in both individual and group settings.
  • Engage in all mandatory training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Uphold company policies, particularly in Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety standards.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping practises to keep the work environment safe and efficient.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with CNC setting is preferred but not essential.
  • A team player with a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
