Our client is dedicated to producing high-performance carbide blades for demanding industries such as aviation and power generation.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain a range of machinery to ensure the production of high-quality carbide blades.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and leaders to meet and exceed organisational goals.
- analyse operational problems, identify cause-effect relationships, and implement effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in both individual and group settings.
- Engage in all mandatory training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Uphold company policies, particularly in Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety standards.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping practises to keep the work environment safe and efficient.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a high-performance manufacturing environment.
- Experience with CNC setting is preferred but not essential.
- A team player with a commitment to safety and quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
