We are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the UK based HR team based out of Sheffield with occasional travel to other 3 sites.

Description
- Embedding the business values, processes and procedures
- Providing HR advice and guidance on a range of HR issues
- Implementing and reviewing HR policies and procedures
- Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues
- Analysing HR metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Conducting performance management and providing performance evaluations
- Assisting with recruitment and interview processes
- Offering support and advice on training and development
- Ensuring compliance with all HR legal requirements
Profile
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or relevant field - desirable
- Proven experience in a similar HR role
- Excellent knowledge of HR procedures and employment law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in HR software
Job Offer
- Salary up to 38k per annum
- Hybrid working Sheffield (S25) 2 days per week
- Expensed occasional travel to other 3 sites
- 25 days AL + BH
- Bonus scheme
