Candidates should have previous experience in a Quality Control role, specifically with AQL assessments and MEK testing, and possess strong attention to detail.
The position requires effective communication, teamwork abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science at Grade C or above.
Experience in glass or FMCG manufacturing is desirable, and the role includes operating inspection and packing machinery while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
The salary for this position is competitive and requires at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct AQL assessments on decorated stock
Perform MEK and cross-hatch adhesion tests
Maintain accurate records linked to batch tracking
Carry out visual quality inspections of containers
Ensure correct paint levels and label application
Operate light screen inspection and packing machinery
Support other departments with corrective actions
Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Quality Control role
Experience with AQL assessments and MEK testing
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Organised, with strong reporting and documentation skills
GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science (Grade C or above preferred)
Experience in glass or FMCG manufacturing desirable
