Job Role: Production Manager




Location: Rotherham




Salary: 58,000 - 62,000 per annum (depending on experience)



Metalis are currently working with a specialist manufacturer, who are looking for a Production Manager to join their team.



Job Duties:

• Lead and manage daily production activities
• Manage a team of supervisors and operatives
• Monitor productivity rates and quality control
• Drive process improvement
• Collaborate with various departments across the business
• Set and evaluate targets, goals, training and performance feedback
• Conduct root cause analysis on production issues
• Oversee quality control procedures

Job Requirements:

• 5 years' experience in a manufacturing or production management role
• Hold relevant engineering qualifications
• Good knowledge of automation and machining
• Mechanical Engineering background
• Good knowledge of SAP, ERP systems and supply chain management principles

Salary, Shift & Benefits:

• 58,000 - 62,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm & Friday 8:30am - 3pm (flexi hours)
