About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Paraplanner to join an expanding team in an office-based role. This is a great opportunity for mortgage paraplanners or former mortgage advisers looking for a change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting mortgage advisers with research and administration

• Preparing mortgage applications and documentation

• Liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors

• Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies

Requirements:

• Strong experience with various mortgage types

• Mortgage-related qualification preferred

• Whole-of-market understanding with paraplanning

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
