SEN Teaching Assistant

We are working with a welcoming primary school in Rowley Regis to find a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team, supporting children with additional needs across EYFS and KS1.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity starting immediately, offering excellent stability and the chance to make a real difference every day.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN, including autism and speech & language needs
  • Collaborate with class teachers and SENCO to deliver tailored learning plans
  • Encourage pupil confidence, engagement and independence
  • Support with classroom routines and create a nurturing learning environment
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to the wider team

We're Looking For Someone That Has:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or a relevant Level 3 qualification
  • Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in a primary or early years setting
  • A calm, caring and resilient approach
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
