Job Title: Sales Support AdministratorLocation: RoystonRemuneration: £28,000 - £30,000 per annumContract Details: Permanent, Full Time (Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00)

Responsibilities:
- Distribute incoming calls to the appropriate team member ??
- Accurately & promptly process orders using the order processing system
- Provide warehouse with precise despatch notes to ensure timely packing and dispatching of goods
- Book on orders with appropriate courier
- Create pro-forma invoices when pre-payment is required
- Generate Worldpay payment links for pre-payment
- Update online orders with accurate status and notes
- Maintain a routine follow-up of the online filing system
- Handle order/delivery inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction is always a priority
- Support the Sales team as needed
- Gain an understanding of our products and services
Future Additional Responsibilities:
- Take sales inquiries via telephone & email confidently
- Formulate quotations across all product sets
- Assist with stock management, including stock take and warehouse queries
Key Skills & Experience:
- Background in construction industry preferred but not essential
- Minimum 2 years of office administration experience, ideally within a Sales environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service �?
- Experience with online ordering systems, including CRM management
- Excellent communicator and team player ??
- Ability to multi-task and show flexibility in a dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident in using various systems
- Intermediate working experience with Microsoft 365
