An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator looking to take the next step in their property career. Based in Royston, this role is ideally suited to someone with a strong background in residential valuations, who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment.

You'll be joining a well-established, multi-branch agency with a supportive and performance-driven culture. The role offers great earning potential, a team-based commission structure, and the chance to expand your reach across neighbouring branches.

The Role

As Sales Valuer, you'll focus primarily on carrying out property valuations across Royston and the surrounding areas, while also contributing to the sales pipeline. There's also the opportunity to assist with valuations in nearby branches, adding variety to your week and increasing your earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct residential property valuations and win new instructions

  • Build strong rapport with vendors, offering expert guidance and market advice

  • Support the wider sales team in negotiating and progressing sales when needed

  • Contribute to office turnover across three branches through shared commission

  • Refer and earn on mortgage leads, solicitor referrals, and lettings activity

  • Maintain a professional, approachable presence in line with brand standards

  • Track market trends and identify new valuation opportunities across the region

About You

You'll be confident in your valuation ability, personable with clients, and motivated by both individual and team success. This is an ideal role for a Senior Negotiator with valuation experience looking to step into a more valuation-led position or a seasoned Valuations professional.

You Will Need:
  • Proven experience in residential sales and property valuations

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • A self-motivated, target-driven mindset

  • Willingness to work collaboratively and support neighbouring branches

  • Professional approach with a keen eye for local market trends
