About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, market-leading independent estate agency in Royston . We are looking for a Property Consultant who thrives in a dynamic sales environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture new and existing client relationships

  • Proactively generate and book market appraisals

  • Register potential buyers and arrange property viewings

  • Conduct professional and informative property viewings

  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to vendors

  • Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors/landlords

  • Cross-sell financial services including mortgage and conveyancing

  • Support sales progression and wider team initiatives

  • Actively contribute to business development and growth

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A proven and successful track record in residential property sales

  • A strong drive to succeed and a target-driven mindset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to close deals confidently and effectively

  • A polished, professional, and approachable demeanour

  • A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle

Working hours/ Location :

  • Full time position (Monday-Friday 8.30am - 6pm, including a rota to cover Saturdays, where a Saturday is worked a day off in the week will be provided)
