Our client based in Royston is currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join their busy and friendly team. Initially a maternity cover basis, the view is the role will go perm, and is open to candidates with proven Receptionist experience, seeking to expand their experience.

The role is Full Time Monday - Friday, paying up to £13 per hour D.O.E.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting patients warmly

  • Managing calls and emails efficiently

  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organised reception area

  • Handling patient check-ins, paperwork, payments, and billing enquiries

  • Collaborating with colleagues for seamless appointment coordination

  • Addressing patient concerns with professionalism and empathy

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous Receptionist / Administration experience required

  • Previous medical industry experience is desirable, but not essential, as this can be taught

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
