Logistics Administrator required for this new exciting permanent role located in South Cambs.Salary: Up to £27,000paHours: 37 per weekLocation: South Cambs - in the office 3 days a week, 2 days working from home. As a Logistics Administrator you will be:
  • Producing shipping documentation - worldwide
  • Data Entry
  • Liaising with freight forwarders
  • Obtaining quotes, sea, air, road, courier
  • DHL/Fedex Booking couriers & documentation
  • Setting up new projects on Microsoft teams
  • Uploading documents onto Microsoft Teams
  • Forecasts on supply projects
  • Resolving any queries with deliveries/invoicing
  • Assisting accounts with any payment issues re deliveries PODs etc
  • Shipping schedules – worldwide – working with Factories both China and Europe to ensure production running smoothly
  • Supply projects management – from raising delivery notes to invoicing
  • Inventory Management various stock locations including Mexico and reports
  • Stock reconciliation monthly
  • GRN stock into transit and warehouse /client
  • Monitoring shipments worldwide
  • Maintaining and updating schedules with shipment details
Your skills/experience:
  • Microsoft Excel skills essential
  • Keen attention to detail essential
  • Microsoft Teams skills beneficial
  • An excellent communicator
  • Previous experience within logistics preferred but not necessarily essential
  • Ability to multitask and forward plan.
  • Be able to demonstrate a professional manner at all times
  • Team player
