Here at SolviT we have an exciting opportunity working with one of our clients based in Rugby as a Service Administrator & Aftersales Coordinator on a full time temporary - permanent basis earning £28,000- £32,000 per year DOE and this role is fully office based. You will be involved in but not limited to managing the process of warranty and non- warranty returns, liaising with customers, suppliers, freight forwards, couriers and more. You will also be dealing with the aftersales of products such as dealing with any queries about products, shipments and invoicing queries.

What will I be doing?
- Responsible for all company travel arrangements
- Ad hoc duties and dealing with telephone calls
- Ensure that all reports and assessments are completed and stored
- Recording customer enquires
- Updating Reports
- Liaising with Stores and Procurement
- Managing Engineers diaries
- Preparing shipping documentation
What do I need?
- Admin Experience within a similar role (shipping experience desirable)
- Aftersales Experience
- Excellent IT Skills
- Great Customer Service
