  • Schedule and coordinate service engineer visits for installations and repairs
  • Manage the assessment/quotation/repair process to ensure that systems are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Monitoring and routing email queries to ensure that they are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Act as the central point of contact for service requests and customer queries
  • Maintain accurate service logs, customer histories, and job progress reports.
  • Track and maintain inventory of high-value and time-sensitive components.
  • Liaise with global suppliers and internal teams for procurement and logistics.

  • Background in Manufacturing
  • Prior experience in a technical support, service coordination, or spare parts/logistics role preferably in a manufacturing equipment industry.
  • Proficiency with ERP/inventory systems e.g., SAGE 200/CRM and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of warranty claims is a bonus
