  • Key Responsibilities
    • Lead, coach, and develop the Property Repairs Team to deliver high-quality, efficient services.
    • Oversee all aspects of property repairs and voids management, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
    • Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental culture, taking immediate action on any risks or breaches.
    • Monitor and improve service performance, aiming for first-time fix rates and reduced turnaround times on voids.
    • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are used efficiently.
    • Handle customer complaints professionally, embedding a lessons-learned approach to service improvement.
    • Benchmark performance against industry standards and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.
    • Identify and manage risks, implementing mitigation strategies and escalating issues when necessary.
