We are urgently seeking four experienced Electrical Assembly Operatives in Rugby with excellent wiring and soldering skills.
This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position, requiring candidates to have prior experience in soldering and wiring electronic components.
The role involves handling delicate products, working with PCBs, soldering small wires, and following wiring diagrams.
The salary for this position is £13.33 per hour, with the potential for increases upon permanent hire.
Candidates must have a good level of skill in electrical assembly and will be expected to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

We are urgently seeking 4 experienced Electrical Assembly Operatives with excellent wiring and soldering skills to join a busy site in Rugby.

Important: This is not a trainee role. You must already have a good level of skill in soldering and wiring electronic components.

Your duties will include:

Handling light, delicate products
Working with PCBs
Soldering small wires
Crimping
Following wiring diagrams
Assisting with basic mechanical assembly (e.g., chillers)

This is a full-time position with a clear route to permanent employment for the right candidate.
