Our client is a hugely successful company based in Rugby who are looking for a Renewals Advisor. Full training will be given in this position and it can be considered an entry-level office role for someone with strong retail or hospitality experience.

Your key responsibilities as a Renewals (Customer Service) Advisor:

  • Following a script
  • Speaking to customers who already hold insurance policy and are looking to renew, to help them find the right one
  • Updating an internal system with customer details
  • Arranging payments either on the phone, via bacs or direct debit

The ideal candidate for a Renewals (Customer Service) Advisor:

  • Clear, concise telephone manner
  • Confident speaking over the phone
  • Good with IT systems
  • Ideally some background knowledge on insurance policies (perhaps you have taken one out in the past)
  • You will have worked in a high energy, fast paced environment (Office or retail/hospitality)
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths is essential
