Clarence Recruitment is seeking General Cover Supervisors and Unqualified Teachers to support a range of secondary schools across the Rugby area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience working with young people aged 11-16 and a good understanding of the National Curriculum.
About the Role
We are currently experiencing a high demand for flexible, part-time, and full-time cover supervisors to provide classroom supervision in the absence of the class teacher. As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes across KS3 and KS4.
Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure pupils remain engaged in learning.
Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies.
Provide vital support to schools across the region during staff absence.
This role is ideal for individuals considering a future in teaching and wanting to gain valuable school-based experience before beginning a PGCE, SCITT, or School Direct programme.
Who We're Looking For
