We are looking for a candidate with solid Accounts Payable experience to join a dynamic team.
The role involves managing the purchase ledger function and providing support in logistics, claims, and customer service during peak periods.
Candidates must have strong computer skills and the ability to work under pressure while effectively prioritizing their tasks.
Previous experience in an accounts assistant or accounts payable role is required.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

We are seeking a candidate with good Accounts Payable experience to join a great team.

Working as part of a busy accounts team you will be responsible for the daily running of the purchase ledger function, combined with supporting logistics, claims and customer service during peak season.

The successful candidate will possess good computer skills and an ability to work under pressure while prioritising their workload.

Previous experience in accounts assistant/payable role is required.

Monitor accounts payable email
Send invoices out for authorisation internally
Checking, coding and processing supplier invoices
Supplier reconciliations to statement
Address and resolve supplier queries in a timely manner
Multi-currency GBP Bacs run
Maintain aged creditors monthly
Petty cash
Reception cover (rota basis)
