Prepare learning materials and run classroom activities, with hands-on experience and some supervision too
To work as part of a team and enjoy working with students and professional including specialist therapy providers
Assist the teacher in creating and maintaining a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment
To supervise pupils during leisure time including on the playground
To be aware of the schools child protection policies and procedures and report them immediately to the class teacher and/ or the Head Teacher any concerns about a pupils well-being.
Participate in inset days, training activities and sessions offered by the school and other external agencies
