About the Role:

As an Operations Clerk, you'll support warehouse and transport teams by managing despatch paperwork, stock records, and customer documentation. This is a key admin role with full training provided - ideal if you've worked in a warehouse office or transport admin role before.

Key Duties:
  • Book in goods and manage delivery slots.
  • Prepare all paperwork for goods out and vehicle despatch.
  • Liaise with drivers and customers to resolve queries.
  • Release work to warehouse staff via WMS.
  • Maintain accurate records and file documentation.
  • Invoice customer deliveries (internal & 3rd party transport).
  • Update transport systems and despatch logs.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous admin experience in a warehouse or transport environment.
  • Strong IT and communication skills.
  • Confidence working under pressure and solving problems.
  • Reliable, organised, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Good maths skills and attention to detail.
Shift Pattern & Pay:
  • £13.07 per hour plus enhanced overtime rates.
  • Rotating shifts:

    • 6am - 2pm.
    • 2pm - 10pm.
    • 10pm - 6am.
  • Monday to Friday.
