We're looking for a Production Shift Manager for a fast-growing supplier of ambient food products.
With a state-of-the-art facility that can support plenty more growth, this is a new shift that's been brought in to help support the continued demand from customers. You'll be managing a group of production operativeson the 3-11pm shift, Monday-Friday.
Continuous improvement will be a key focus, as you promote teamwork, conduct appraisals and coach your team to support their professional development.
With big growth plans in place, there's every opportunity of this position becoming something bigger in the future as more lines are added.
We're looking for someone who has operated at a level of eitherProduction Supervisor or Production Shift Manager, who can specifically demonstrate significant experience in the food industry Thatmanufacturing experience is vital.
The need is urgent for this, so unfortunately we can't consider anyone who would need to relocate or anyone with a notice period of more than a month. If you can start immediately, that would be a huge advantage, so please specify that on your application if so.
