This company is a construction specialist, delivering new build, regeneration, and conversion projects. Since its inception, it has consistently doubled its turnover year on year driven by a strong client base, commercial expertise, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality projects on time.In this role, you will ensure the effective planning, coordination, and execution of solar farm security installation projects, delivering on time, on budget, and to high standards of safety and quality. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and supporting the company's continued growth by embedding robust project delivery practices and fostering a culture of accountability, flexibility, and improvement.This is a role with growth potential and a fantastic opportunity for someone to embed themselves in the business and evolve with the company. As they scale and diversify, there's scope to shape how projects are delivered and influence the direction of the operational capability.The Role

• Plan and manage end-to-end project lifecycles
• Office-based with regular field visits (20-25%).
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors
• liaison between the Head of Operations, Managing Director, Assistant Project Manager, site teams, and external stakeholders

Ther Person

• 5+ Years of experience as a project manager
• Experience managing construction or electro-technical projects (ideally within security systems, renewables, or infrastructure sectors)
• Understanding of Health & Safety
• Commutable to Wellingborough
• UK driving license
