Financial Analyst
Our client, an award-winning manufacturing business in Wellingborough, is looking for an experienced Financial Analyst to join their growing team.
CIMA or ACCA study support is offered with this role, if required.
Your main area of responsibility will be supporting the Financial Controller with the accurate and timely financial reporting of operating expenditure.
Role covers duties such as:
- Accounting relating to production and warehousing costs including production consumables, equipment hire, FLT costs, pallets, external warehousing and more.
- Business partnering with managers of the above areas.
- Budgeting and forecasting.
- Operating leases - liaising with sites when contracts are coming up for renewal.
- Being a purchase order superuser - main contact for all PO queries, ensuring that processes are being adhered to and any issues resolved.
- Making ad-hoc payments through the bank.
You will ideally be CIMA or ACCA part qualified, although qualified by experience will also be considered, with at least 5 years’ relevant experience. You should have excellent analytical, interpretation, communication and organisation skills and a good understanding of the purchase ledger/order process.
