Finance Business Partner

Debbie Burbage Recruitment is supporting a local business in its search for a Finance Business Partner to work closely with the sales and management accounts teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with oers, understands how numbers tell a story, and wants to make a real difference in how customers are understood and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the sales teams with clear reporting, analysis, and insight
• Helping to explain performance and customer trends in a straightforward, useful way
• Assisting with pricing, margin reviews, and customer profitability analysis
• Working alongside the Management Accounts team to support month-end processes
• Liaising with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams during month-end to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Involved in ad hoc projects and reporting as required

This role would suit someone ready to take the next step in their finance career and who enjoys being part of a team where finance supports and enables better business outcomes.

The Candidate

• Someone with experience in a similar finance role, ideally within a commercial setting
• A confident communicator who enjoys working with non-finance colleagues
• Strong Excel and reporting skills - experience with data analysis is a plus
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute
• Part-qualified (or working towards) AAT, ACCA, CIMA - or qualified by experience

Remuneration:

• Salary: £35,000 - £37,500 per annum depending on experience
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week - Hybrid working
• Holidays: 25 days plus Statutory days
• Benefits: Excellent benefits package
