My client is seeking a Design Manager to cover schemes in North Essex/ Cambridgeshire. The organisation is main contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality schemes ranging from 5M - 50M.
As the Design Manager you would be overseeing schemes from pre-construction through to completion working alongside the Project Manager on site, liaising with the other project team members. Schemes are spread across multiple sectors including : Commercial, Education, Mixed-use and Leisure projects.
