Temporary Finance Administrator - Education Sector


Location: Sale
Pay Rate: 13.50 per hour
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00
Contract: Term Time Only - Temporary Ongoing


A valued client within the education sector is seeking a Temporary Finance Administrator to support their busy finance team during term time. This is a full-time position based in Sale, ideal for someone with strong administrative and financial experience looking to contribute to a vibrant educational environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Handling petty cash and reconciliation
  • Assisting with budget monitoring and reporting
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
  • Supporting with general administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous finance or administrative experience (education sector experience essential)
  • Working knowledge of the SIMS FMS systems is essential
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
