Generate sales & opportunities by calling prospective buyers on behalf of the Clients.
- Operate as one of the points of contact for assigned Clients
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with allocated accounts and Team members.
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
- Communicate client needs and demands to employer of the company.
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
- Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Coordinate with other staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to reach prospective clients.
- Service multiple clients concurrently, always meeting deadlines.
- Keep records centrally of client activity and produce a weekly report
- Report to the Telemarketing Team Leader and provide reports when required
