Generate sales & opportunities by calling prospective buyers on behalf of the Clients.

  • Operate as one of the points of contact for assigned Clients
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with allocated accounts and Team members.
  • Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
  • Communicate client needs and demands to employer of the company.
  • Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
  • Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
  • Coordinate with other staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to reach prospective clients.
  • Service multiple clients concurrently, always meeting deadlines.
  • Keep records centrally of client activity and produce a weekly report
  • Report to the Telemarketing Team Leader and provide reports when required
