Portfolio Payroll has the pleasure of collaborating with a well-established collaborating with a well-established healthcare business based in Sale (M33) to recruit a Part-time Payroll Admin on a permanent basis. As a Payroll Admin you will be responsible for however,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment to all staff.
  • Accurately calculate salaries, including overtime, deductions, and statutory payments.
  • Maintain up-to-date and compliant payroll records in line with current legislation.
  • Support the finance team with payroll-related data and reporting needs.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Contribute to year-end tasks including issuing P60s and preparing P11Ds.
  • Work closely with HR to ensure accurate and consistent employee information is reflected in payroll.
  • A desire to learn and understand our time scheduling software.

Desirable skills and attributes:

  • Previous experience in client payroll (Bureau/ Practice)
  • Proficient using Excel and Sage Payroll
  • Confident Communicator
  • Good eye for detail, and can work with precision
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively
