Machine Operator
Pay: £12.75 per hour
Hours: Minimum 32 hours per week (over 4 days, including weekends)
Location: Near Evesham (own transport required due to location)
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. You’ll play a key role in keeping packing lines running smoothly and efficiently to ensure high-quality produce is prepared and packed on time.
Main Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production lines (Pro Seal, BBC Blueberry Grader, Unitec Grader, and robots).
- Carry out daily start-up and end-of-shift checks to ensure all machinery is in good working order.
- Follow all food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Complete glass and contamination checks to maintain product safety.
- Collect and set up packaging materials, returning any unused stock after each run.
- Perform tool changeovers and work closely with the maintenance team to minimise downtime.
- Support process improvements to boost efficiency and meet production targets (KPIs).
- Ensure lines are kept clean and properly shut down when not in use.
- Carry out any other duties required as part of the production team.

- Experience in a production or machine operator role (food environment preferred).
- A strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Own transport is essential due to the site location.
- Flexibility to work weekends is required.
