Machine Operator


Pay: £12.75 per hour
Hours: Minimum 32 hours per week (over 4 days, including weekends)
Location: Near Evesham (own transport required due to location)

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our production team. You’ll play a key role in keeping packing lines running smoothly and efficiently to ensure high-quality produce is prepared and packed on time.

Main Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production lines (Pro Seal, BBC Blueberry Grader, Unitec Grader, and robots).
  • Carry out daily start-up and end-of-shift checks to ensure all machinery is in good working order.
  • Follow all food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
  • Complete glass and contamination checks to maintain product safety.
  • Collect and set up packaging materials, returning any unused stock after each run.
  • Perform tool changeovers and work closely with the maintenance team to minimise downtime.
  • Support process improvements to boost efficiency and meet production targets (KPIs).
  • Ensure lines are kept clean and properly shut down when not in use.
  • Carry out any other duties required as part of the production team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a production or machine operator role (food environment preferred).
  • A strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Own transport is essential due to the site location.
  • Flexibility to work weekends is required.
