Your new companyOur client is aleading provider of in early childhood care across the UK based in Salford.They are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their team on a 6 monthcontract. Your new roleAs the AssistantAccountant, you will support the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for:
- Working through existing accounts payable backlog queries.
- Supporting management accounts, while also managing expenses and bank reconciliations
- Reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate financial records.
- Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure financial compliance.
What you'll need to succeed You will have:
- Previous experience is accounts payable
- Have an understanding of accounting principals
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and be a problem solver
What you'll get in returnThis is a temporarycontract with possibility for extension. Full time with flexible workingoptions available including hybrid working up to 3 day perweek.
