Shift Pattern:

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Bank Holidays Excluded

- Be computer literate

- Have excellent customer service skills

- Have an excellent telephone manner

- Be able to work both in a team or independently.

Responsibilities of this role:

- Replying to emails / Taking phone calls

- Logging parcels in/out

- Handling in-person enquiries/queries

- Raising repairs

- Assisting with room inspections

- Taking payments and assisting with reclaiming rental arrears

- Assisting with facilitating viewings

The candidate will be expected to be flexible with their duties as and when the needs of the business change.

Training will be provided, in all required areas.
