- Ensure all fleet vehicles are in excellent operating condition
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Handle fleet-related paperwork and documentation
- Implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency
- Monitor and report on fleet performance and costs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide outstanding customer service at all times
Profile
A successful Fleet and Engineer Scheduler should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in a related field
- Experience in fleet management or similar role
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good understanding of fleet operations and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
