Our client are a Logistics company looking to recruit somebody with excellent Customer Service, Communication and Organisational Skills.
You must have confidence in interacting on the phones, attention to detail and the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
Duties will include the following;
Using a computer to enter and retrieve information.
Liaison with customers and carriers regarding service issues.
Processing documents.
Scanning documents in accordance with deadlines.
Liaison with suppliers regarding invoices and payments.
Production of reports to timetables set.
Support and assistance for other departments as instructed.
