As a Level 6 Nursery Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, delivery, and assessment of high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework. You'll work collaboratively with the class teacher and Early Years team to foster a caring, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.

  • Contribute to planning, observation, and assessment of children's progress.

  • Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

  • Promote independence, curiosity, and a love of learning.

  • Follow safeguarding, health, and safety procedures at all times.







Requirements:

  • Level 6 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.

  • Previous experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
