My client, a leading global freight forwarder and logistics provider, is looking to recruit a dynamic leader to head up its UK Sales team covering airfreight, oceanfreight and roadfreight services.
ROLE: Head of UK Sales
LOCATION: National role - location flexible
PACKAGE: Highly competive base salary plus management bonus, car allowance, 33 days annual leave (include public and bank holidays) health care, 4 x death in service, salary protection, holiday purchase scheme and other benefits
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
To lead, motivate and grow the existing sales team comprising 11 direct reports
To set and implement sales strategy
To support sales team in achieving individual and team targets
To lead by example by bringing on board own accounts

Dynamic, high achieving sales professional with proven sales track record
Experience of managing and developing sales teams
