Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Experience: 5+ years post graduation (facade experience preferred but not
critical)
Office Location: Salford (Hybrid)

An exciting up and coming company within the Facade industry that focus on Cladding and Remeditation projects.


Role Overview: An exciting opportunity to join our commercial team and support
the business in managing its recladding and new-build projects


Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cost plans and cashflows
- Assess and manage valuation accounts, including variations
- Identify areas for margin optimisation
- Report and forecast CVRs
- Procure and manage sub-contractor accounts
- Support the estimating team at tender stage


Required Skills / Experience:
- BSc Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
- Experience of working with D&B contracts
- Sound understanding of commercial management practices
- Excellent team working, communication and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to support client and sub-contractor relationships
- Willingness to continuously upskill and develop within the business
- Strong IT skills
