£25,000 basic + OTE £55,000 + company carFull-time | Permanent | Monday–Saturday (5-day working week, 8:30am–6pm Mon-Fri, 9am-5am Saturday)
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Automotive Sales Executive to join a busy and successful main dealership in Surrey.
This is an excellent opportunity to represent a leading automotive brand, delivering a first-class customer experience while achieving fantastic sales results and enjoying a rewarding commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed new and used car sales targets on a daily and monthly basis
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Manage the customer journey from enquiry through to handover and beyond
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all vehicle models, accessories, and finance options
- Confidently discuss and promote add-on products and services
- Attend regular training to keep up to date with brand and product knowledge
About You
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the motor trade or car dealership environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales focus with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Confident working both face-to-face and over the phone
- Full, clean UK Driving Licence essential
