We are currently seeking confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Salisbury. These roles are ideal for individuals looking to gain classroom experience, whether you're available full-time or part-time.
Role Overview:
- Location: Salisbury and surrounding areas
- Schedule: Full-time or part-time
- Responsibilities: Supervising classes during teacher absence, managing behaviour, and ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- Experience working with young people (school-based or similar)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A flexible and proactive approach
- A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
