What Youll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to a consistently excellent standard
- Supporting food prep across your section, including chopping, marinating, and portioning
- Keeping your station clean, organised, and service-ready at all times
- Working closely with the team to deliver smooth, efficient service during busy periods
- Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met
- Assisting with plating dishes that look as good as they taste
- Monitoring stock levels and communicating any supply needs
- Playing an active role in maintaining a positive and professional kitchen culture
What Were Looking For
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is esse
- A passion for food and a strong desire to learn and develop
- Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen practices
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage
- Ability to stay focused and organised in a fast-paced service
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
