Our client, a leading independent business advisory and accountancy practice with offices across the UK and Ireland, is looking for a Client Manager to join their Salisbury team. Client ManagerIn this role, you'll build and manage strong client relationships, take ownership of client portfolios, and deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate is an influential leader skilled at nurturing stakeholder relationships and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client portfolios, lead meetings, and provide expert advice.
  • Oversee client relationships, including services, invoicing, and engagement renewals.
  • Assist with management and annual accounts, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Build professional networks to encourage referrals and access funding.
  • Mentor and develop team members for efficient, profitable service delivery.

Requirements

  • ACCA/ACA qualified with 3+ years in practice (ideally with tax exposure).
  • Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards, tax legislation, and technical updates.
  • Proficient in Excel and adaptable to accounting software like Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks.
